Kristen Fisher Ratan
Kristen Fisher Ratan, Associate Director, Strategic Development

Kristen Fisher Ratan joined HighWire in the summer of 2005 and currently oversees business development, partnership, sales, and marketing. Her work includes planning future development for the HighWire electronic publishing platform, expanding HighWire's marketing footprint, and forging relationships with key partners.

Helen Szigeti
Helen Szigeti, Business Development Manager

Helen joined HighWire in February 2004 as Business Development Manager, a consultative sales position that she manages out of her home office in the Philadelphia area. Helen's role is to review and discuss HighWire's hosting services with interested publishers, and to provide input to HighWire's internal business, sales, client management, and product development strategy initiatives.

Bonnie Zavon, Public Relations

Bonnie oversees the public relations and marketing activities that support HighWire's mission and goals. Her role is to communicate the value of HighWire's online products and services to publishers, libraries and readers, and to help society publishers understand the library perspective.

Lisa Krauss
Lisa Krauss, Business Development Coordinator and Assistant to the Director

Lisa has been with Stanford University since 1980, working first in the Controller's Office, and then the Library Directors' office. When John Sack joined the library staff in 1994 to launch HighWire Press, she gladly moved over to help in the new venture as his right hand.
